DC Fine Chemicals is a European manufacturer and supplier of specialty fine chemical raw materials for the life sciences sector, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech, and diagnostics applications. With our headquarters in Terrassa (Barcelona) and an office in London, we work closely with customers across international markets. Our mission is to supply fine chemical raw materials with excellent customer service, helping our customers simplify their processes and contribute to their long-term success. We focus on reliability, technical understanding, and long-term partnerships rather than transactional sales. This role is suited to professionals who value ownership, business development, and commercial impact, and who are comfortable operating in a hands-on, international environment. Responsibilities Actively develop new business and expand existing customer relationships Identify and convert high-value opportunities in pharma, biotech, diagnostics, and life sciences Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, meetings, quotations, negotiations, and follow-up Maintain accurate records of opportunities, projects, and forecasts Represent the company in customer meetings, visits, and industry events Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution Background Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales within life sciences, fine chemicals, pharma, biotech, or related industries Proven track record in new business development, not only account management Strong understanding of technical xiphteb sales environments and long sales cycles Ability to work independently, take ownership, and prioritize effectively Required Skills Commercially driven, proactive, and results-oriented Strong communicator and relationship builder Structured, reliable, and comfortable in an international setting Willing and able to travel extensively (40–60%) English – fluent Spanish – fluent German – strong professional level (preferred) Additional languages are a plus.
