Business Development Support – International Division We are looking to expand our International Division by adding a Business Development Support professional who will work closely with one of our Business Developers to execute operational and support activities. If you are highly organised, communicative, and eager to learn, this could be your next big opportunity! Responsibilities: • Collaborate in the preparation and response to proposals by coordinating with:, • Human Resources for identifying and validating profiles., • Finance for calculating rates and terms., • International teams across the group to coordinate information and joint activities., • Assist the Business Manager in the development and presentation of commercial proposals., • Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions., • Organize documentation and maintain operational tracking of ongoing activities., • Provide support in HR activities, such as participating in Career Talks for consultants., • Act as a point of contact for minor inquiries from unit consultants. Requirements: • University degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or similar., • Strong communication skills and a keen interest in developing a career in a commercial and HR-oriented environment., • No prior experience required: initial 6-month internship contract offered., • Experience in the aerospace industry is a plus., • Excellent communication skills in international settings., • Fluency in English and French (spoken and written) is essential; additional languages (German, etc.) are a plus., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word., • Previous experience in cold calling or recruitment is a plus., • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
