From the beach walkways to the back-of-house areas, your work ensures that every corner of the property feels pristine, welcoming, and aligned with our premium hospitality experience. /p pYou take pride in your attention to detail, maintain discretion in all environments, and understand the importance of cleanliness in creating a luxurious atmosphere for both guests and colleagues. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liClean and maintain all public, staff, and operational areas daily, including restrooms, changing rooms, offices, storage areas, and staff zones /li liEnsure top hygiene standards across high-traffic areas such as the restaurant, pool deck, entrance, and beach walkways /li liPerform regular deep cleaning duties as outlined by the housekeeping supervisor or management /li liReplenish restroom and hygiene supplies (soap, towels, toilet paper, sanitizers, etc.) promptly /li liHandle laundry processes including collection and delivery of towels, linens, uniforms, and any guest laundry if applicable /li liSort and dispose of waste according to internal sustainability guidelines (recycling, compost, general waste) /li liIdentify and report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the appropriate department immediately /li liUse cleaning tools and chemicals safely and efficiently, following internal SOPs and hygiene protocols /li liMonitor stock of cleaning products and communicate restocking needs in advance /li liSupport the events or service team during high-volume periods by resetting and tidying spaces quickly and discreetly /li liFollow detailed cleaning checklists for opening, mid-shift, and closing routines /li liMaintain a clean, professional appearance and uniform at all times, aligned with the brand’s aesthetic /li liExhibit professionalism, especially in guest-facing areas, while working with discretion and efficiency /li liAttend daily team briefings to stay updated on special service needs, VIP guests, and operational priorities /li liFoster a supportive and respectful workplace culture in line with our hospitality values /li /ul h3Required Qualifications and Competencies /h3 ul liPrevious experience in a housekeeping or janitorial role, ideally within the hospitality industry /li liStrong attention to detail and time management skills /li liAbility to follow cleaning protocols with a focus on safety and hygiene /li liPhysically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods /li liHigh standards of personal grooming and presentation /li liAbility to work independently and as part of a team /li liFluency in English is mandatory; Spanish or other languages are a plus /li liFlexible schedule with availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liShared tips service charge /li liDaily staff meals provided on-site /li liOpportunity to work with an international hospitality brand! /li /ul h3Why Join Nikki Beach Hospitality Group? /h3 pBe part of a globally recognized group that brings together music, dining, entertainment, fashion, film, and art to create exceptional hospitality experiences.
