Position Summary: The Information Systems Intern will help develop and manage SharePoint and MS Power Platform in coordination with the IT team and the different regions across the entire company. This role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as attention to detail and accuracy. Responsibilities: • Administrative, Control & Reporting: Document the system’s new implementation and design, as well as all existing elements within the platform. Maintain comprehensive records and provide weekly status reports on Office 365 and SharePoint tasks, activities, and overall progress • SharePoint Online Management: Developing, configuring, managing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint elements (sites, libraries, lists, columns, content types, templates, permissions, etc.). • MS Power Platform: Develop and implement power platforms solutions such as flows, apps, etc. • PowerShell: Develop and implement scripts solutions for SharePoint management. • Platform Integration: Support the integration and connection of multiples platforms and tools. • Users support: Provide user’s support on how to use SharePoint and MS Power Platform and solving issues. • Continuous improvement: Identifying opportunities to improve document management processes, systems, and tools. Requirements: To be successful in this role, a candidate should have: • Coursing IT bachelor's degree, such as Computer Engineering, Information Systems or similar. • Interest and basic knowledge in PowerShell scripting and low-code development tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps. Basic understanding of information and document management systems and software. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. • Excellent writing, communication and collaboration skills are also required, as the Information Systems Intern will be working with various teams and helping users across the company. • Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
