ph3Descripción del trabajo /h3 pThis role is fully based in Dubai - RELOCATION TO DUBAI (Relocation support provided). /p pWe are a fashion retail group that started as a denim specialist in 1988 and has grown into a leading regional fast-fashion retailer with over 600 stores, a strong online presence, more than 7,000 employees, and close to 1 billion USD in revenue. /p pWe bring style and value to millions of customers, offering clothing, footwear, and accessories for women, men, and children, while expanding into new product lines such as home and beauty. /p pWe believe fashion should be inspiring, accessible, and constantly evolving. /p pNow entering a bold new phase of international growth from our global headquarters in Dubai, UAE, we are looking to strengthen our product development and buying teams with world-class talent. /p pOur vision is to merge decades of retail expertise with cutting-edge technology — building advanced omnichannel systems, driving operational excellence, and leveraging AI-powered innovation to redefine the fast-fashion landscape. /p pWe move fast, adapt boldly, and care deeply about making everyday fashion beautiful and attainable for millions. /p pWe are currently looking for Senior Buyers across multiple categories who will take ownership of key product areas including Men, Women, Kids, Accessories, Beauty, Footwear, and Home Decoration. /p pThis role involves building and managing product assortments across a wide range of collections. /p pThe buyer will work closely with designers and suppliers to identify trends, select products, and develop commercially successful collections within a fast-fashion environment. /p pThe position requires strong market awareness, supplier management skills, and the ability to build balanced assortments that combine trend relevance, product creativity, and commercial performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and manage product assortments for the assigned category, ensuring a strong balance between trend relevance, commercial performance, and price positioning. /li liDefine seasonal buying strategies based on market trends, historical sales data, and customer demand. /li liSelect products and develop collections in close collaboration with design teams and suppliers. /li liTravel to suppliers and sourcing markets to review samples, identify new product opportunities, and develop exclusive items. /li liNegotiate prices, quantities, and commercial conditions with suppliers to meet margin and cost targets. /li liMonitor product performance and react quickly to sales trends, adjusting orders and product mix when needed. /li liWork closely with merchandising and planning teams to optimize stock levels and product availability across stores and channels. /li liAnalyze competitor assortments and market trends to ensure the brand remains competitive and relevant. /li liManage the product development calendar to ensure collections are delivered on time and aligned with business priorities. /li liContribute to the continuous evolution of the category by identifying new product ideas, materials, and suppliers. /li /ul h3Profile Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as a Buyer or Product Manager within a fast-paced retail or fashion environment. /li liExperience working with seasonal collections and managing product assortments across multiple categories or product lines. /li liStrong understanding of market trends, customer preferences, and the competitive landscape. /li liExperience working directly with suppliers, including product selection, development follow-up, and commercial negotiations. /li liStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into buying decisions. /li liAbility to work in a fast-moving environment and react quickly to market changes and product performance. /li liStrong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with design, merchandising, planning, and sourcing teams. /li liExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple collections and deadlines simultaneously. /li liGood communication and negotiation skills. xcskxlj /li liFluency in English required; additional languages are a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
