Location: Granada, Spain FMG Granada, part of MSM Group and CSG, is looking for an experienced Senior HR Specialist to support and develop operational HR activities within our manufacturing environment. This role combines HR operations, employee lifecycle management, reporting, compliance, and participation in HR transformation and digitalization initiatives across the business. What will you do? • Manage and coordinate operational HR agenda across the employee lifecycle, • Drive and standardize HR processes, policies, and documentation, • Prepare employment contracts and related HR administration, • Support onboarding, offboarding, employee changes, and daily HR operations, • Cooperate on payroll input preparation and coordination with relevant stakeholders, • Prepare HR reports, people analytics, and ad-hoc analyses, • Participate in HR digitalization and process improvement initiatives, • Ensure compliance with internal policies, GDPR, and Spanish labour legislation, • Cooperate closely with local management and international HR teams across MSM Group What are we looking for? • Previous experience (5 years) in operational HR / HR administration in a manufacturing or industrial environment, • Strong understanding of HR processes and labour law, • Experience with HR systems, reporting, and process-driven HR agenda, • Strong organizational and analytical skills, • Detail-oriented and confidential approach, • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset, • Fluent English Why join FMG Granada? xcskxlj • International environment within MSM Group and CSG, • Opportunity to participate in HR transformation and digitalization projects, • Cooperation with experienced international HR and management teams, • Stable and fast-growing company operating within the defence industry sector, • Opportunity to influence and improve HR processes in a growing manufacturing environment Please submit your CV in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
