The Safety Administrator provides administrative and coordination support to the Group Chief Safety Officer to ensure the efficient management of safety reporting, documentation, and compliance activities. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate safety records, supporting safety management processes, and enabling effective communication between operational teams and the Safety Department. 📍The selected person may be based in Spain (Alicante) or Portugal (Lisbon). MAIN RESPONSABILITIES Safety Administration & Recordkeeping • Maintain and update the Safety Management System (SMS) databases and registers., • Track and monitor the closure of safety actions, corrective actions, and recommendations., • Prepare safety performance reports, statistics, and dashboards for management review., • Support the collation and analysis of safety data to identify trends and areas of concern., • Act as the first point of contact for internal safety enquiries and report submissions., • Coordinate safety meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking actions., • Support safety promotion activities, including campaigns, posters, and awareness events., • Attention to detail and accuracy., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines., • Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information., • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach., • Strong organisational and recordkeeping skills., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database systems., • Problem-solving and initiative.
