We are seeking a highly skilled Jira Administrator with strong experience managing and optimizing the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence). In this role, you will own the configuration, governance, and continuous improvement of our internal tooling landscape, enabling engineering and program management teams to operate efficiently and scale delivery practices. You will act as a key partner to engineering, DevOps, and product teams, designing workflows, implementing automations, and driving integrations across systems such as GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms. Responsibilities: Administer, maintain, and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence. Design and configure Jira workflows, schemes, and integrations. Create and manage Jira projects, dashboards, filters, and queries. Collaborate with engineering and program management partners. Evaluate, install, and manage Atlassian Marketplace apps. Own user management, permissions, and governance. Lead system upgrades, migrations, and consolidation projects. Document systems, configurations, and operational processes. Setup automations to help team’s do their work more efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Experience administering Jira and the broader Atlassian stack. Understanding of Jira APIs, automation, and integrations. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies. Troubleshooting experience with system performance, workflows, and plugins. Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. Experience configuring Jira automations with, but not limited to, Github, GCP, CI/CD. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Experience building advanced dashboards and reports. Knowledge of cloud and web technologies. Curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented mindset.
