We are looking for a Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team at TCS Spain , responsible for managing the end‑to‑end recruitment cycle for IT profiles. This role combines hands-on recruiting activities with administrative and reporting responsibilities , supporting a high-volume, fast-paced, and international environment. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting IT and technology profiles , strong communication skills, and the ability to work closely with hiring managers, candidates, and internal stakeholders. ✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO? We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks : Manage the full recruitment lifecycle (end to end) for IT profiles, from intake meetings to offer and onboarding. Partner with stakeholders to understand role requirements, technical skills, and business needs. Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, etc.). Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess both technical fit and cultural alignment . Coordinate and follow up on technical and client interviews. Manage offer preparation , documentation, and support during acceptance and onboarding. Perform administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding (data entry, documentation, compliance checks). Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and KPIs (pipeline status, time-to-hire, sourcing effectiveness). WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? Minimum 2 years of experience in recruiting IT / technology profiles . Proven experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes . Strong understanding of common IT roles and technologies. Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written). Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. Strong communication skills. Stakeholder management and customer-oriented mindset. Organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactive, solution-oriented, adaptable to change and target driven. Team player with a collaborative attitude. WHERE AND WHEN?
