This role will oversee the full employee lifecycle, ensuring an outstanding employee experience from recruitment and onboarding through to development, engagement, and retention. /p pAs the main HR representative for the restaurant, you will manage recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, workforce budgeting, and compliance with Spanish labor legislation. Working closely with the General Manager and department heads, you will help build a high-performing, positive workplace culture that reflects the service excellence and luxury standards of Lucia Marbella and Nikki Beach Hospitality Group. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage the full recruitment and selection process for all restaurant positions. /li liPartner with department managers to identify hiring needs and workforce planning requirements. /li liAdvertise vacancies, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate the hiring process. /li liDevelop relationships with hospitality schools, recruitment agencies, and other talent sources. /li liEnsure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. /li liDrive internal promotions and succession planning initiatives. /li liPrepare all employment documentation and coordinate new hire onboarding. /li liMonitor probation periods and coordinate performance reviews for new employees. /li liServe as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. /li liProvide guidance on company policies, procedures, and employment legislation. /li liManage employee relations matters, disciplinary processes, grievances, and workplace investigations with confidentiality and professionalism. /li liCoordinate and validate payroll information, including attendance, leave, overtime, tips, service charge, and other variable compensation. /li liManage employment contracts, renewals, and all mandatory HR documentation. /li liMonitor labor costs and personnel budgets alongside the General Manager and Finance team. /li liAnalyze workforce costs and recommend corrective actions where necessary. /li liPrepare regular HR reports and KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, labor costs, recruitment metrics, and headcount analysis. /li liUpdate HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks when required. /li liMaintain strict confidentiality regarding employee information. /li liPromote the values and culture of Nikki Beach Hospitality Group. /li liSupport department managers in developing, coaching, and leading their teams. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. /li liSignificant HR management experience within hospitality, restaurants, luxury hotels, or premium lifestyle brands. /li liStrong knowledge of Spanish labor legislation and employee relations. /li liProven experience managing recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, and labor cost control. /li liExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. /li liHigh level of discretion and confidentiality. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office and HR Information Systems (HRIS). /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /li liFluent Spanish and professional English are highly desirable. /li /ul h3Why Join Nikki Beach? /h3 pEstablished by Jack and Lucia Penrod, Nikki Beach Hospitality Group epitomizes barefoot luxury hospitality, curating transformative lifestyle experiences through its global collection of iconic beach clubs, hotels, resorts, residences, dining concepts, and pop-ups.
