Responsibilities • Drive business development and key account management activities within the automotive sector across Iberia., • Identify growth opportunities by monitoring market trends, competitors, and customer needs., • Develop and implement sales concepts in collaboration with internal technical and operational teams., • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments (R&D, production, quality) to ensure alignment on specifications and technical solutions., • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and negotiation to contract closure and long-term client relationship management., • Participate in defining framework agreements, pricing structures, and strategic commercial plans., • Ensure customer satisfaction, profitability, and long-term business sustainability. Requirements • University degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field., • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development within industrial environments (automotive, aviation, machinery, etc.)., • Solid understanding of technical sales processes and complex industrial products or solutions., • Professional fluency in Spanish and English (German is a strong plus)., • Knowledge of SAP or similar CRM/ERP systems will be highly valued., • Strong technical curiosity and solution-oriented mindset., • High sense of ownership, autonomy, and commercial drive., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills., • Strategic thinker with analytical capabilities and attention to detail., • Team-oriented, adaptable, and willing to travel across Iberia as needed.
