Please take a closer look… We are looking for an experienced Payroll, Benefits Administration & HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team within a leading wealth‑tech organisation with a multi‑country footprint (16 offices). In this role, you will play a key part in managing and coordinating payroll and benefits processes across several jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence. You will also contribute to maintaining consistent and compliant people practices globally, supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring alignment with local labour regulations and collective agreements. About the role Oversee end‑to‑end payroll processing and all payroll‑related tasks across several countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Manage benefits enrolment, changes, and employee inquiries. Coordinate employee lifecycle processes and HR administrative operations. Respond to employee questions about policies, pay, benefits, and HR procedures. Partner with HR teams, Finance, Tax, external providers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regional regulations. Support internal audits and documentation requirements. Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements to HR workflows. About you Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Proven experience in multi‑country payroll and benefits administration. Strong understanding of labour legislation, Social Security procedures, and payroll management. Fluency in English. Advanced Excel skills. High attention to detail, strong analytical and organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure. Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, able to work in dynamic environments.
