Key Responsibilities Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, take drink orders, and provide excellent customer service throughout. Beverage Preparation: Prepare alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages according to the established sequence of service. Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock supplies, and assist with inventory control. Teamwork: Collaborate with and management to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations. Cleanliness & Safety: Keep the bar area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations. Qualifications & Experience • Previous experience within a bar/restaurant, preferably in a hotel environment., • Fluency in English, with an additional language being a plus., • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be a plus., • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
