Department: Reception About you Must be living in Mallorca, and have a car. Must be prepared to work at the WEEKENDS. This position is to cover 2 nights per week at the weekend. Must be able to communicate in English writing and speaking and other languages are advantages. A good personality and charm are important to the Night Manager in the way to represents himself on behalf of hotel management. Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in a Mid-scale or Luxury property is required. Previous customer service and general computer experience required Languages required: English and Spanish. Puesto: Jardinero y Responsable de Mantenimiento en Finca Rural 📍 Ubicación: Campos, Mallorca (cerca de la playa Es Trenc) Descripción del puesto: Se busca una persona responsable y con experiencia en jardinería y mantenimiento para trabajar en una finca rural en Campos, Mallorca. La finca cuenta con zonas ajardinadas, piscina y huerto, y recibe huéspedes, por lo que es fundamental mantener las instalaciones en perfecto estado. Responsabilidades: ✅ Jardinería y exteriores: Cortar el césped y mantener las zonas ajardinadas. Poda de árboles y arbustos. Revisión y mantenimiento del sistema de riego. Siembra y cuidado del huerto. ✅ Piscina y mantenimiento general: Limpieza y mantenimiento de la piscina (control de niveles de cloro y PH, limpieza de filtros). Mantenimiento y reparación de bombas de agua y otras instalaciones. Revisión y mantenimiento de maquinaria de la finca (cortacésped, desbrozadora, etc.). Reparaciones menores en la finca (pintura, carpintería, fontanería básica). Organización y mantenimiento de herramientas y equipos. ✅ Orden y mantenimiento para huéspedes: Revisión del mobiliario exterior y reparación si es necesario. Organización y limpieza de las áreas de uso común. Requisitos: 🔹 Experiencia previa en jardinería y mantenimiento de fincas. 🔹 Conocimientos en el mantenimiento de piscinas, riego y maquinaria agrícola. 🔹 Habilidad para realizar pequeñas reparaciones (pintura, fontanería básica, carpintería). 🔹 Persona responsable, organizada y con iniciativa. 🔹 Carnet de conducir (valorable).
