Your responsibilities will include… • Welcoming guests upon arrival and ensuring a smooth, personalized check-in and check-out experience., • Managing room assignments, keys, and guest information accurately in the property management system., • Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency., • Providing detailed information about the resort’s facilities, services, dining options, and local attractions., • Coordinating closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Guest Relations, and other departments to ensure seamless stays., • Processing payments, deposits, and billing inquiries in line with company standards., • Identifying opportunities to upsell room upgrades, services, and experiences that enhance the guest journey., • Managing special requests and preferences to ensure personalized and memorable stays., • Resolving guest complaints promptly, turning challenges into positive experiences., • A warm, confident, and service-oriented personality with a natural passion for hospitality., • Previous experience in Front Office, Reception, or customer-facing roles within hospitality is preferred., • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations., • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment., • A collaborative team player who values shared success., • Fluent communication skills in Spanish and English; German is a strong plus., • Competitive salary above market standards with flexible compensation., • Travel the world with exclusive employee rates (“Explore Rate”) at over 9,500 Marriott hotels, extended to your family, partner, and parents., • 20% discount on Food & Beverage across all Marriott hotels worldwide., • 50% discount on the resort’s own culinary offerings., • Up to 75% discount on flights for Tenerife residents traveling to mainland Spain., • Extensive corporate benefits with discounts on leisure activities and travel., • A special birthday surprise to celebrate you., • A complimentary guest stay at the resort after one year of service., • 13th and 14th salary payments., • Innovative training programs, including access to our corporate university., • Career growth opportunities within an international company., • Complimentary employee dining at our staff restaurant., • Uniforms provided and professionally laundered when required., • Team outings, celebrations, anniversaries, and special events., • Opportunities to participate in social responsibility initiatives.
