We are seeking a professional and reliable Security/Controlador de Accesos to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a safe, peaceful, and welcoming environment for our clients while ensuring public vendors adhere to designated areas. Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety of visitors and the security of the property. - Gently enforce rules regarding the presence of public vendors, ensuring they remain outside of designated areas to avoid disturbance to our clients. - Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere to visitors while upholding safety standards. - Respond to any security concerns or emergencies quickly and effectively. - Assist with crowd control during busy periods to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests. - Collaborate with management to report any unusual activity or safety hazards. Requirements: - Previous security experience, preferably in a beach or hospitality environment. - Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with the public in a polite, professional manner. - Ability to handle situations calmly, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all clients. - Physically fit and able to patrol the area for extended periods.
