Experteer Overview As a Network Security Engineer at Grifols, you will design, implement, and continuously enhance security across global on-premises, cloud, and hybrid networks. You will drive security modernization initiatives and help scale secure connectivity between data centers, branches, and cloud environments. Collaborating with Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams, you’ll shape resilient, compliant network services that enable groundbreaking healthcare solutions. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Design and implement network security solutions across global environments • Define automated, software-based network security processes and guidelines • Manage NGFW, VPN, WAF, NAC, SWG, and DNS Security technologies • Contribute to Zero Trust, network segmentation, and firewall modernization initiatives • Identify and remediate weaknesses in network security infrastructures • Review technical designs, specs, and statements of work • Deploy and lifecycle-manage security technologies on-premises and in the cloud • Provide L3 support and assist in vulnerability remediation • Ensure secure connectivity between data centers, branches, cloud environments and third-party networks • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure secure, resilient services Responsabilidades • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience • 3-5 years in Network Security, Security Engineering, Network Engineering or related roles in complex enterprises • Hands-on experience with Check Point, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope and F5 WAF • Strong knowledge of NGFW, VPN, IDS/IPS, WAF, NAC and cloud-connected security environments • Experience with security modernization initiatives including Zero Trust and network segmentation • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and stakeholder management • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish • Relevant certifications such as PCNSE, CCSA, Fortinet FCP, CCNA/CCNP Security or ITIL are valued Requisitos principales • Hybrid work model • Permanent contract • Location: Parets del Vallès, Spain • Flexible schedule • Career development opportunities • Supportive, inclusive culture
