Our client, a rapidly expanding organisation operating in a highly dynamic financial ecosystem, is seeking to add a Client Manager to their team. Coordinate the onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring smooth collaboration between Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Operations. Oversee the delivery of services, monitoring performance indicators and ensuring that expectations are consistently met. Produce regular summaries on client behaviour, engagement levels, and areas requiring attention, providing insight to senior management and product teams. A minimum of 5 years' experience in client management, account leadership, or customer success roles within fintech, payments, banking, or digital assets. Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks such as AML/KYC , GDPR , and MiCA . Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for tracking communication and client activity. Fluency in English is required; Russian is a strong advantage .
