Our INKEE line of bath cosmetics has also established us as a market leader in the drugstore segment. Now we’re looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to join our growing team in Sabadell. Please note: this is a 100% on-site position in Sabadell (no home-office days). Key Responsibilities • Prepare, review, and maintain regulatory documentation related to toy compliance (e.g., EN 71, REACH, CLP, and other EU safety standards)., • Coordinate product testing with accredited laboratories and ensure all required safety certificates (DoC, test reports, technical files) are complete and up-to-date., • Support product approvals, safety assessments, and conformity processes for new toy launches., • Verify packaging, labeling, warnings, and age-grading to ensure full EU regulatory compliance., • Maintain communication with international partners, suppliers, and manufacturers regarding compliance requirements., • Monitor regulatory updates relevant to the toy sector and communicate changes internally., • Collaborate with Product Development, Design, Purchasing, and Quality teams to ensure compliance from concept to final product., • Assist during audits and inspections and ensure accurate documentation control. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, or similar., • 2–4 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or Compliance (experience in toys, consumer goods, or FMCG is highly valued)., • Solid understanding of EU toy safety regulations (EN 71, REACH, POPs, CLP, etc.)., • Experience working with testing labs and compliance documentation., • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment., • Good written and spoken English & Spanish (additional languages are a plus)., • Proactive, responsible, and able to coordinate cross-functional tasks.
