Job Purpose Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure initiatives, and own a portfolio including Microsoft 365 migration, data center moves, network transformation, security rollout, cloud initiatives, across multiple business units. Own the scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder alignment, while ensuring adherence to engineering and change management standards. Program & Project Ownership Translate strategic business outcomes into clear project scope, success criteria, and phased roadmaps. Develop integrated project plans, budgets, resource models, and procurement timelines. Lead governance activities including steering committees, stage gates, ensuring traceability from project charter through to benefits realization. Delivery & Execution Lead the successful delivery of initiatives such as: Microsoft 365 migrations Data center moves Cloud landing zones, hybrid cloud connectivity, identity integration Security solutions: PAM, firewalls, WAF.. Workplace modernization: Intune/MDM, collaboration tools, Copilot Chat. Backup and DR orchestration, including resilience and failover testing. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Engineering, Security, Applications, Operations, Vendors) with defined RACI models and scheduled change windows. Qualifications, Experience & Skills Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. PMP or PMI certification preferred. Experience 3–7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years managing mid-to-large-scale infrastructure projects (multi-site or enterprise-level) Demonstrated successful delivery in at least three of the following domains: Microsoft 365 migration Data center migration Network core/SD-WAN implementation ITSM rollout Technical & Tools Proficiency Project Management Tools: MS Project (or equivalent), ServiceNow, Power BI. Methodologies: Waterfall, hybrid, Agile (adapted for infrastructure projects); strong knowledge of change and release management processes. Soft Skills Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement. Knows how to navigate between central and regional business units in large and global organizations Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving. Conflict resolution and facilitation across diverse technical and business teams.
