As our business expands globallywe are excited to collaborate with partners and clients to create a bettter future for the world JOB DESCRIPTION To join the FJDynamics team in Iberia, we are looking for a Technical-Commercial for the development of the sales of our Precision Agriculture portfolio in Spain and Portugal covering different applications, segments and industries, especially within the Agriculture sector. ( Our ideal candidate will have relevant previous experience in a similar position related to the sale of technological solutions within the agricultural sector. The person should be able to work independently and with a strong orientation to results. From his position reporting directly to Iberia's Business Development Department, he will be in charge of the maintenance and strengthening of the current network of distributors, as well as the acquisition of new customers and the development of the existing portfolio to achieve the sales objectives in the assigned segments and area. TASKS AND FUNCTIONS: Prospecting and acquisition of potential customers within the area and segments under their responsibility Development of the sales process until the closing of the operations, complying with the sales objectives set Development and management of the existing dealer network by building close and long-term relationships through cooperation and partnership Develop and generate new sales opportunities through presentations, technical-commercial demonstrations and training courses. Implement and support various marketing activities (seminars, exhibitions, trade shows) Control and monitoring of sales operations and other commercial activity in CRM (Odoo) Prepare and present monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for the assigned territory, as well as the planning of the rest of the commercial activities. Maintain a deep, complete, advanced and up-to-date knowledge of the solutions included in the FJDynamics portfolio, especially in the way of presenting their benefits and the value they represent for customers according to their needs. Identify new business partners and/or potential distribution channels. Know and actively provide information about competitors' products and activities Close collaboration with the rest of the Business Development Department team COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS Demonstrated commercial ability to develop the sales process, as well as a strong negotiation and persuasion ability to close opportunities. Strong aptitude for sales coupled with excellent technical, organisational, communication and presentation skills. Results- and customer-oriented, with a focus on achieving objectives and customer satisfaction. Ability to take initiative to work autonomously and effectively, while maintaining close collaboration with the rest of the team. Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development through the acquisition of new skills. Previous knowledge and experience in the technical sale of solutions (hardware, software) in the agricultural sector. Knowledge and experience in the use of CRM systems, preferably Odoo. Relevant technical training in areas such as the technology industry, georeferencing, and agriculture. Availability to travel (have a B driving license). Knowledge to drive and manage digital marketing campaigns LANGUAGES Native or advanced Spanish Native or Advanced Portuguese At least Intermediate English WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive remuneration package: fixed part + bonus Conditions of contracting under the figure of Self-Employed
