We are seeking a Fashion Business Partner to join our organization in Barcelona. As a business partner, you will be part of a dynamic team that drives business growth in the fashion industry. Key responsibilities include: • Taking incoming customer calls and resolving user demands from boutiques and shops., • Logging call details onto call management systems and providing response and resolution within service level agreements (SLAs)., • Maintaining service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers., • Ensuring contractual SLAs are met., • Proficient or bilingual level of Italian, and advanced level of English., • Minimum of 1-year relevant experience in fashion retail or retail., • Knowledge of sales techniques (upselling, cross-selling, objection handling, etc)., • Customer-driven, motivated to work in sales, opportunistic in creating sales leads., • Ability to conduct effective qualification skills to ensure a comprehensive understanding of customer needs., • Exceptional customer-facing and customer-care skills., • Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office., • Full-time contract with 39 hours/week., • Salary 18,978 euros gross/year + up to 1,200 euros gross/year in bonus., • Central location in Barcelona., • Bring-a-friend referral bonus opportunities., • Full paid training on the company and the project., • Career development programs, specialized courses.
