Who are we looking for? Use all company resources to grow and manage the aluminum surface treatment business in Spain and Portugal for the Light Metal Solutions team. Will provide front line sales, technical support, and product training to customers. Accounts will largely be, although not exclusively, large aluminum extruders/anodizers, paint/powder coaters and job shops. Accounts will largely focus on architectural, automotive and consumer goods applications.Management and negotiation of key relationships with assigned and targeted accounts to aid the growth and capture of new business.Assisting with sales cycle and customer approvals at the OEM level for anodize and conversion coating approvals/installations. What will you be doing? stylelist:style:type:square: :Takes responsibility of accounts in Portugal and Spain, Collaborate with Portuguese speaking countries such as African ones providing support there in case of need. :If required Will present company in international organizations such as APAL / QUALICOAT / QUALANOD and Surface treatment Fairs and Events. :Apart from the responsible region, will support the activities in companies having multiple branches in other regions. :Determines and defines programs, including financial estimates, market analyses and risk analyses for forecast and budget purposes, :Develops a business plan together with line manager to grow the LMS business, :Will align with the business targets in Western Europe to grow the business, :Works closely with RnD to develop to translate customer needs and technology directions into product definitions. :Typically, being a part of cross:functional team, also supports existing sales teams technically and commercially in various regions within Europe, :Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, :A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, :Adheres to plant and corporate safety policies, :Familiar with a variety of the fields concepts, practices and procedures :Provides professional support of employees, :May assist in other areas or perform other duties as required by fluctuating business needs Who are You? stylelist:style:type:square: :Bachelors degree: Engineering degree, at minimum bachelor's in chemicals, Mechanics, Electronics, Material Science or equivalent, :At least 5 + years of experience in the relat
