Multinational business group is seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Communications to lead the communications strategy of a global corporate learning initiative acting as a corporate university. This initiative acts as a global learning and capability engine, bringing together world-class expertise, next-generation technologies and best-practice operations from across the Group and its main companies, and supported by leading external thinkers. It strengthens technical capability, develops tech-enabled talent and cultivates leaders, within the Group and across its industries, supporting the delivery of the next generation of global infrastructure and ensuring a consistent, high-performance approach to excellence. Drawing on real project insights, global case studies and a network of specialists, it enables professionals to stay at the forefront of developments in AI and data, energy transition, mobility, defense, nuclear and advanced infrastructure, while reinforcing leadership, commercial and professional skills. The role leads the strategic communications program end-to-end, from understanding audience needs to planning, content creation, execution, and performance measurement. It provides expert advice to senior stakeholders and ensures all communications are fully aligned with the initiative’s vision and priorities. Working closely with Corporate Affairs and Communications teams across the different companies in the Group, this position shapes and delivers impactful storytelling across written, visual, video and digital content for diverse audiences. Key Accountabilities Communication strategy – Lead the design and execution of a corporate communications strategy aligned to global priorities and local business needs, advancing the initiative’s vision and purpose. Delivery certainty – Establish a predictable communications rhythm that supports operational requirements and reflects best practice in delivery, stakeholder engagement, and platform management. Storytelling – Shape and elevate the corporate narrative of the corporate university initiative through evidence‑based storytelling that highlights its role in advancing capability, performance, and innovation. Audiovisual excellence – Oversee the in-house studio of the corporate university initiative to ensure professional production of videos, executive messages, training content, and multimedia assets. Stakeholder and partner management – Provide strategic communications counsel to internal stakeholders and lead agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns. Project management – Plan and execute key milestones, including internal events, employee feedback systems, change programs, and communications enhancements. Innovation – Promote continuous improvement by removing barriers, fostering collaboration, and embedding digital innovation, including AI, to enhance communication impact. Business Relationships – Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization and the corporate learning initiative. Governance – Ensure compliance with relevant organizational policies and procedures. Requirements for the Position Bachelor's degree in marketing / communications and / or equivalent employment experience Extensive corporate communications experience within complex infrastructure, industrial or engineering-led organisations. Strong written and verbal communication skills, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Proven ability to engage, influence senior stakeholders and deliver high-impact outcomes through effective storytelling. 7+ years of experience in-house or within a PR/communications agency. Experience across multiple channels, including digital, social and multimedia content (strong video/content capability preferred). Strong digital mindset, with experience in publishing tools and learning systems (LMS knowledge a plus). Proactive, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Growth mindset, with an interest in innovation and new approaches to communication. Degree in communications, marketing or related field (or equivalent experience). Bilingual in Spanish and English.
