Sales & Business Development Join Doctor Collector and help us grow our international sales network across retailers, distributors and partners. At Doctor Collector, we create officially licensed collector products inspired by some of the world’s most iconic movies, games and entertainment brands. Important: this role requires direct sales or business development experience within toys, collectibles, licensed merchandise, pop culture products or entertainment-related products. We are now looking for a proactive, organised and commercially driven person to help us grow our international sales network across retailers, distributors and partners. This is not a support role. We are looking for someone who can open doors, follow up on opportunities and push sales forward. ⚠️ What we’re not looking for: • Someone who simply waits for leads to come in., • Someone focused only on customer support or order processing., • Someone who needs a fully built structure before taking action., • Someone uncomfortable with proactive outreach, commercial follow-up or international business development. ✅ What we’re looking for: • Excellent written and spoken English., • Experience in sales, business development, account management or distribution., • Strong communication and follow-up skills., • A proactive, self-driven and organised way of working., • Availability to travel internationally., • Interest in pop culture, entertainment, collectibles, licensing or retail., • Valencia as preferred base. Previous experience in licensing, collectibles, toys, gifts, entertainment, retail or distribution. The ideal candidate will already have a strong understanding of the relevant sales channels and an established network of contacts that can help identify and develop new commercial opportunities from the outset 💼 What you’ll do: • Identify new retailers, distributors and partners in key markets., • Reach out to prospects and follow up on commercial opportunities., • Prepare sales presentations and commercial materials., • Run meetings with potential clients., • Support international trade fairs and events., • Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts., • Help open and develop new markets., • Report progress, opportunities and next steps. 📍 Primary on-site role based in Valencia, Spain. Exceptional candidates based elsewhere may also be considered depending on experience and fit. You’ll join a small, agile and creative company with highly differentiated products, working directly with officially licensed brands and helping shape our international commercial growth.
