B2B Marketing Specialist – Southern Europe (Maternity Cover) Remote | ⏳ Fixed-term contract We’re looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Specialist to drive growth and demand generation across Southern Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of regional marketing strategy, partner closely with sales, and deliver impactful campaigns in a fast-paced, international environment. The Role You’ll lead marketing efforts across the region, working cross-functionally with global teams to plan and execute campaigns that support ambitious growth targets. Key Responsibilities • Own and deliver the regional marketing strategy and plan, • Drive demand generation aligned with commercial objectives, • Partner with sales teams to support pipeline growth, • Define and track marketing KPIs , optimising performance through data insights, • Manage campaign execution across email, social, events, and webinars, • Localise global content and create region-specific assets, • Oversee budget allocation and evaluate ROI of marketing activities What We’re Looking For • 5+ years’ marketing experience , ideally in a B2B environment, • Strong experience in campaign planning and execution, • Confident working with marketing automation & CRM tools (HubSpot preferred), • Ability to analyse data and optimise marketing performance, • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, • Highly organised with strong attention to detail Language Requirements • Fluent English, • Native or bilingual French (essential), • Spanish (desirable) Nice to Have • Experience across both B2B and B2C environments, • Background in international or regional marketing roles
