Specifically, you will: • Design and execute paid media campaigns with a strong focus in performance., • Monitor their performance and continuously optimize campaigns with a data driven approach in mind., • Investigate and test new functionalities within the Google and Meta ecosystems, • Track analytics and measure the impact of each campaign and develop ways to scale., • Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics to ensure consistent brand messages and meet ambitious growth targets. Who are you? • You are passionate about pets ❤️., • You have a proven track record in paid media, with at least 5 years of experience managing big budgets in several countries., • You are fluent in Spanish and English. A 3rd language, such as Polish or other Eastern European languages, will be a plus., • You have deep hands-on experience in building and optimizing performance campaigns in a high-growth startup environment., • You have set up, maintained and optimized lead generation and ecommerce campaigns for at least 2 years, with a focus on the Google ecosystem., • You are highly analytic, and work with KPIs in mind., • You take initiative, have a strong internal motivation to succeed and don't wait for others to tell you what to do.
