Responsibilities: • Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow LONGi's sell-out volumes within the DG segment., • Strengthen relationships with key EPCs, installers, and distribution partners, providing ongoing technical and commercial support., • Promote LONGi's product and solution portfolio, highlighting technical differentiation, reliability, and performance advantages., • Collaborate with distribution partners to identify new business opportunities, co-develop offers, and support project design stages., • Together with the Product & Solution team, use design and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, PV*Sol) to analyze project performance and demonstrate the value of LONGi technology., • Train and educate partners and customers on product features., • Collect market feedback and competitor insights to guide local commercial and product strategy., • Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or related field., • Experience in technical sales or application engineering within the solar industry., • Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects., • Experience working with EPCs, installers, and distribution networks., • Ability to translate technical value into clear commercial arguments., • Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking at industry events.
