About the role: Envision offers a comprehensive total solution for clean energy, which spans generation, storage, and software. We are a leading company in the development of advanced wind turbines and energy storage systems, as well as software solutions that are capable of managing energy assets on a global scale. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Managers to join our dynamic renewable energy company in Spain, Madrid office. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will play a crucial role in penetrating the new market, driving business growth, maximizing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the successful implementation of our end-to-end renewable energy solutions. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the renewable energy industry. Key responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts in the renewable energy sector., • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations., • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive cross-selling and up-selling activities., • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of projects and exceptional customer service., • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential risks and opportunities., • Conduct regular business reviews with key clients to assess customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement., • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in collaboration with the sales team., • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, such as sales performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and take appropriate actions to achieve targets., • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely support., • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized marketing materials and campaigns for key accounts., • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus., • Proven experience (5+ years) of Business Development and Sales with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in a sales leader role in renewable energy industry., • In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, including BESS, wind and other emerging technologies., • Demonstrated track record of building up sales pipeline and achieving sales targets from 0-1, and driving business growth with limited resources., • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills., • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills., • Ability to understand technical aspects of renewable energy solutions and effectively communicate them to clients., • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team., • Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle challenging situations. xcskxlj, • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
