The Role We are looking for a proactive and analytical Performance Marketing Specialist to drive qualified leads for our web and mobile design & development services. This is a middle-level role with high autonomy, ownership of the full performance cycle, and long-term collaboration potential. What You'll Do End-to-end ownership of paid acquisition, including: Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy aligned with our ICP and UVP Launch, manage, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns from scratch → full cycle: hypothesis development → launch → monitoring → optimisation Write strong, conversion-driven ad copy Coordinate with the designer: prepare clear technical briefs for creatives Set up tracking (UTMs, conversions), collect performance metrics, and deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations Maintain and prioritise a hypothesis & A/B testing backlog What You Bring Must-haves 2+ years of hands-on B2B performance marketing experience Successful practical experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Track record of campaigns with real metrics: CPC/CPA, conversion rates, budgets Strong analytical skills and proactive improvement mindset English B2+ Nice-to-haves Knowledge of relevant AI-tools German language skills Basic understanding of email marketing (setup, automation, simple flows) Experience with end-to-end analytics setup (UTMs, conversion events, dashboards) Experience collaborating on landing pages & fast creative iteration What We Offer Flexible part-time workload (3–8 hours/week) Long-term collaboration Fast decision-making, quick implementation cycles Work with a design & dev team ready to support campaigns (designer, devs, landing updates) Hiring Process Screening call (30 min) Paid test assignment: duration discussed (estimate: 3–5 hours) Final interview (30 min) Workflow Intro call: goals, KPIs, budgets, ICP, access, and assets Onboarding to Notion and ad accounts, baseline analytics, and UTM scheme Pilot sprint: launch initial hypotheses, checkpoint on results Weekly syncs: reporting, insights, and adjustment plan Please send Your CV One case study: “Describe one performance campaign you launched from scratch: → goal → hypothesis → setup → creatives → results → what you would improve in hindsight.” Answer to: “You have €500 to test paid acquisition for Y-Tech.
