We want people who are passionate about building relationships with clients and able to market lending solutions that will work for all stakeholders Primary Responsibilities • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (contracts, equipment, access, documentation) to ensure a smooth employee experience, • Maintain and update internal tools (Lucca, RBcore), ensuring data accuracy and proper documentation management, • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including document management, drafting internal communications, and maintaining reporting tools, • Act as a key liaison for IT and workplace-related matters, coordinating with external service providers and monitoring interventions, • Support office operations, including welcoming candidates and new hires, managing supplies, access badges, internal events, and overall workplace organization, • Contribute to HR initiatives and projects, including recruitment processes, internal communication, and broader People topics Skills and Competencies • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree (Business School, University or equivalent), ideally with a specialization in Human Resources or a related field, • Seeking a 4 to 6-month internship, • Fluent in French and comfortable in English (written and spoken), • Discreet and aware of confidentiality requirements, • Good communicator, comfortable interacting with different stakeholders, • Service-oriented, with strong attention to detail and quality, • Curious and eager to learn about how a business works end-to-end
