Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you'll be instrumental in laying the foundation for our startup's success by overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our rental operations across Paris and Europe. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategic plans for expanding our operations across Paris and Europe, including market analysis, target setting, and resource allocation.
Operational Setup: Lead the establishment of operational processes and systems, from rental procedures and customer service protocols to inventory management and logistics coordination.
Team Building: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of rental associates, drivers, and administrative staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first approach, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain the highest standards of vehicle cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation, reflecting the luxury and prestige of our brand.
Logistics Optimization: Optimize logistics and supply chain processes to ensure efficient vehicle delivery, collection, and servicing, maximizing fleet utilization and minimizing downtime.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including vehicle safety regulations, insurance protocols, and data protection laws.
Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for operational expenses, monitoring costs and expenses closely to ensure efficient resource utilization and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the automotive or luxury services sector, with a strong track record of success.
