This is not a high-volume production environment. Our workshop specializes in low-volume vehicle assembly, where every vehicle is hand-built with precision, care, and exceptional attention to detail. We are looking for professionals who take pride in craftsmanship and are passionate about delivering outstanding quality. Key Responsibilities • Assemble vehicles by hand according to detailed technical specifications and quality standards., • Install and fit mechanical components with exceptional precision., • Perform mechanical adjustments and ensure perfect fit and finish throughout the assembly process., • Inspect completed assemblies to guarantee the highest levels of quality and reliability., • Identify and resolve assembly issues while maintaining strict quality standards., • Work closely with the engineering and production teams to continuously improve assembly processes., • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workshop environment. What We're Looking For • Previous experience in automotive assembly, vehicle mechanics, motorsport, prototype building, or low-volume manufacturing., • Strong mechanical aptitude and excellent manual assembly skills., • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, assembly instructions, and specifications., • A quality-first mindset with pride in delivering flawless work., • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a collaborative team., • Experience with premium, luxury, performance, or bespoke vehicles is highly valued.
