Supply Planning Manager ( based in Epernon plant 78/28) What does a Supply Planning Manager do? As a Supply Planning Manager for EMEA, you lead the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and Sales & Operations Planning (SIOP) processes to ensure a balanced and optimized supply plan across multiple manufacturing nodes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply with demand, maximize customer service, and drive financial performance. Your role spans mid- to long-term planning, inventory strategy, master schedule alignment, and performance analysis, all aimed at delivering operational excellence and business continuity. Why do we need you? We need a strategic thinker and operational expert who can translate complex demand forecasts into actionable supply plans. Your ability to analyze capacity, identify gaps, and implement solutions will be critical in maintaining service levels and optimizing costs. You’ll bring: • Advanced planning expertise using SAP ERP and IBP tools., • Strong analytical skills for scenario planning, root cause analysis, and KPI evaluation., • Effective communication and influence across all levels of the organization, including executive stakeholders., • Leadership capabilities to guide teams and drive alignment between tactical and strategic plans., • Experience in Lean manufacturing, inventory segmentation, and financial analysis to support decision-making in a supply-constrained environment. Your insights will shape raw material forecasts, inventory strategies, and business continuity plans, making you a key player in our supply chain success. Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management required; Master’s degree in Business (Supply Chain, Accounting, Management) strongly preferred., • Certifications: APICS CPIM or CSCP preferred., • Hands-on experience with SAP ERP (MPS/MRP), SAP ECC/APO, or S4HANA/IBP and overall supply planning experience preferred., • Skills:, • Proficiency in advanced planning and inventory management strategies., • Strong communication and executive presentation skills.Ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams., • Experience with Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma (Black Belt), and value stream mapping.
