Key Responsibilities as our Room Attendant: • Clean and service guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring they are ready on time and meet brand expectations., • Replenish linen, towels and guest amenities while maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked housekeeping trolley., • Respond promptly to guest requests and work closely with other departments to deliver excellent service., • Report maintenance issues, lost property and safety concerns in line with hotel procedures., • Handle guests' belongings with care and professionalism while following all housekeeping standards and procedures., • Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. About You: We are looking for a Room Attendant who takes pride in creating exceptional guest experiences and will: • Have previous housekeeping or cleaning experience, ideally within a hotel environment, although full training will be provided., • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards., • Be organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment., • Have a positive, guest-focused approach and communicate confidently with guests and colleagues., • Be reliable, flexible and committed to delivering excellent service while sharing our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care.
