Experience & Skills Required • Strong background in engineering or manufacturing management., • Not a hands-on production role — strong understanding of manufacturing concepts, processes, and workflows is essential., • Sheet Metal experience ESSENTIAL, • Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, support, and manage teams effectively., • Excellent planning, organisational, and project management skills., • Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings., • Strong communicator with the ability to liaise across departments in a professional, calm, and methodical manner., • Proactive, disciplined, and results-driven with a friendly yet firm management style.
