What We’re Looking For We want to connect with Warehouse Operatives who demonstrate expertise in a broad range of core skills and experience, including but not limited to: • Understanding of health & safety practices in a warehouse environment., • Comfortable using warehouse systems and technology., • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn., • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly., • Good attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards., • Flexibility to work across different shifts and adapt to changing priorities. What You Might Be Doing As a Warehouse Operative at GSK, you could get involved with: • Support daily warehouse operations in line with company policies and procedures., • Contribute to achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across safety, compliance, productivity, and cost-efficiency., • Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready working environment, supporting inspections and quality checks., • Assist with inventory management, stock movements, and accurate record-keeping., • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes., • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments including production, engineering, quality, and logistics., • Follow standard operating procedures and contribute to the smooth running of warehouse systems., • Identify and report potential risks or hazards in the workplace.
