We are offering a part-time opportunity for an experienced professional in property management, facilities, or construction who is looking to scale back from full-time work while remaining actively involved in delivery. This is a hands-on role within a flat management structure — no layers, no silos. You’ll have autonomy, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to shape outcomes across a diverse property portfolio. We welcome applications from professionals with a proven track record in: • Property management across residential and commercial portfolios, • Construction oversight, including refurbishments, dental practice fit-outs, and office-to-residential conversions, • Site coordination, contractor management, and snagging, • Stakeholder engagement with:, • Dental practice managers, • Residential letting managers, • Construction site managers, • Suppliers and trades, • Independent planning and time management, • Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property management systems (training provided), • A valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
