We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to lead operations at our store. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the day-to-day operations of the store, • Manage, train, and develop a team of baristas and team leaders, • Create and manage staff schedules and rotas, • Maintain accurate stock levels and coordinate with suppliers, • Monitor daily sales, reporting, and store KPIs, • Ensure high standards in customer service, hygiene, and compliance, • Liaise with senior management to drive operational improvements Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail coffee, • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills, • Highly organised and capable of multitasking across two locations, • Proficient in POS systems, reporting, and stock control, • Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven, • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to travel between stores as needed What We Offer: 1.
