We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-driven Warehouse Administrator to act as the key link between our office team and warehouse operations, with a strong focus on Amazon Purchase Orders and dispatch accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with e-commerce or warehouse admin experience who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. What You'll be doing • Act as the main point of contact between office and warehouse teams for Amazon-related operations, • Review, process, and verify Amazon Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure accuracy and correct execution, • Oversee dispatch by cross-checking PO requirements against outbound shipments, • Proactively identify discrepancies, delays, or supply issues and escalate them quickly, • Maintain accurate order records across systems and spreadsheets, • Provide clear operational guidance to warehouse teams based on office and marketplace requirements, • Use Excel, Microsoft Teams, ClickUp, and Linnworks daily to track progress and manage communication, • Support wider warehouse administration as required What we're looking for • Previous administrative experience within e-commerce or a warehouse environment, • Strong understanding of Amazon fulfilment processes and PO management, • Confident user of Excel, Teams, ClickUp, and Linnworks, • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, • High attention to detail and ability to prioritise in a fast-moving operation Recruitment Process 1.
