We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on street food team member to work across our street food stalls and occasionally support the café. This is a proper operational role — fast-paced, customer-facing, and physical at times — and suits someone who enjoys working with food, keeping standards high, and being part of a small professional team. What you’ll be doing Serving customers during busy service Preparing and assembling food Keeping your station clean and organised Following food safety and hygiene procedures Helping with setup, pack-down, and closing Occasionally covering café shifts if needed Useful experience Previous street food or food service experience (preferred) Coffee-making experience is a bonus (training can be provided) Comfortable working at pace while staying focused and professional What we’re looking for Reliable and punctual Happy to do full operational duties (service, cleaning, closing) Calm and professional under pressure Willing to follow clear procedures and boundaries.
