We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities: • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently., • Serve meals and drinks to customers, ensuring timely delivery and presentation., • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction., • Maintain a clean and organized dining area., • Handle payments and operate the POS system., • Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant, including table preparation and cleaning duties., • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress, preferably in a busy restaurant environment., • Strong customer service and communication skills., • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment., • A positive attitude and a passion for hospitality., • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends., • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team., • Italian language skills are a plus. We are recruiting for a full time waitress position at our City branch located at 5 Throgmorton Street, EC2N 2AD. We are working Monday to Sunday, 40-42 hours. The rate is £12.21 per hour basic plus the service charge that is between £5-10 per hour after passing a probation period.
