GREENBERRY, a popular all-day dining restaurant in Belsize Park, has an opportunity for experienced baristas to join the team at our second restaurant. Why join us? Established in 2012, we are an independently owned, popular and busy dining spot with a brilliant brunch menu as well as a seasonally changing a la carte menu, plus innovative wine and cocktail list. We place great emphasis on amazing customer service and our team are an enthusiastic, friendly bunch. We are looking for someone who can combine the role of barista with that of bartender. If you have experience in one role if not the other, then a willingness to learn new skills is paramount. Have a high standard of food preparation, attention to detail, portion control and minimal wastage. Assist senior chefs where required in recipe and dish development. Keep organised and maintain high standards of a Michelin-starred kitchen. Ensure cleanliness of kitchen and all associated equipment with high levels of health and safety standards. Deliver an exceptional experience for our guests from the kitchen and in the dining room. Carry out any other duties reasonably requested by a member of the Management Team.
