Vehicle Registration: Registering new vehicles using the RAV system, ensuring all pre-taxation documentation is correctly completed and securely stored according to DVLA and manufacturer guidelines. Documentation Management: Preparing, reviewing, and managing all necessary documentation including sales and purchase invoices, registration documents, and handover forms, utilising digital deal file and archive systems. Stock Control: Assisting with monthly stock checks for both new and used vehicles, and updating vehicle locations across internal systems to maintain accurate stock records. Daily Administrative Tasks: Supporting the team by completing daily reports and tasks to ensure data is accurate, current, and compliant with internal policies. Flexibility to support ad-hoc tasks as required. Skills Experience in an administrative or sales support role, preferably within the motor or commercial vehicle industry. Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with DVLA systems and vehicle registration processes
