Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, along with proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software to effectively manage client interactions and sales pipelines. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Create and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities. Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including forecasts, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track leads, manage client interactions, and analyse sales data. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within a relevant industry. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential for managing client relationships. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to think strategically. A degree in business administration or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
