Hi all, We are a hard working team, who strive to supply high quality produce and service to our clients. You will be required to assist in the day to day butchery, whole carcass Beef, Lamb, and Pork. You will be making sausages and curing bacon and help making Charcuterie. Day to day cleaning will also be required. You will be required to work a minimum of 1 Saturdays per month at a local farmers market, if we can't cover it. If you work a Saturday you get the Monday off. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is very passionate about local, high welfare animal butchery. Hours will range from 40 - 45 hours a week. Wage will be down to skill but between 15phr - 16.50phr for a qualified butcher. Have a great day. Kind regards David Jesse
