Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and committed Peruvian Chef to work full time and take full responsibility for directing and managing the kitchen. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation., • Prepare and execute authentic Peruvian dishes to a high standard., • Demonstrate strong knowledge of traditional dishes including ceviche, lomo saltado, arroz chaufa, tiraditos, seco de cordero, and many more., • Oversee menu consistency, quality control, and presentation., • Manage kitchen staff, schedules, and daily operations., • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are met at all times., • Control stock, ordering, wastage, and kitchen costs., • Work closely with management to maintain and develop the menu. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Peruvian Chef, ideally in a leadership or head chef role., • Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Peruvian cuisine., • Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team., • Fluent in Spanish (English preferred)., • Excellent organisational and time-management skills., • Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen., • Eligible to work in the UK.
