Customer Service Advisor (Automotive Parts) Location: Nissens/AVA Cooling Unit 2 Eastwood Trading Estate Chesterton Road Rotherham S65 1SU Applicants must be based in the South Yorkshire area and able to travel to our Rotherham site. Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:15 – 16:15 We are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team in a fast-paced environment supporting a wide range of trade customers over the phone. Key Responsibilities: • Handling inbound calls from trade customers, • Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships, • Advising and selling automotive parts including radiators, turbos, compressors, and condensers, • Processing orders and managing customer enquiries, • Using Excel and internal systems to manage data and orders Requirements: • Previous experience in a customer service or phone-based role, • Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment, • Knowledge of automotive parts (desirable but not essential) What We’re Looking For: • Someone reliable, organised, and customer-focused, • A team player with a positive attitude, • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills What We Offer: • Full-time, stable Monday–Friday role (no weekends), • 25 days holiday plus statutory leave, • Company pension scheme, • Salary to be discussed at interview, • Friendly and supportive working environment, • Opportunity to develop product knowledge and skills If you’re enthusiastic, organised, and enjoy working with customers, we’d love to hear from you.
