Job Title: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist Job Type: Full-time (9am to 3pm) Location: [based in high wycombe] About Us: [we are supplier for vehicle accident repair parts] Role Overview: We are seeking a reliable and professional Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our business, handling incoming calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to the team as needed. Responsibilities: Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet and assist visitors (if applicable) Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and email management. Provide support to other team members as required.
