You should be confident making espresso-based drinks, friendly with customers, and able to work efficiently in a busy café environment. Asian inspired small plates, Robata grills, sushi and sashimi are exquisitely crafted in the open kitchen and raw bar. Each dish is designed to be shared socially at the centre of the table.
